WebFloat provides web design, development, and related digital services as described on this site and in any written proposal or invoice. Package prices on the site are indicative ranges; final scope and price are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Turnaround estimates (e.g. 5–14 days) assume timely client feedback and content. Delays in providing copy, images, or approvals may extend delivery. Custom builds are scheduled by milestone.
You confirm you own or have rights to materials you provide (logos, photos, copy). You are responsible for account access (domains, hosting logins) you ask us to configure.
Upon full payment, you own the finished project deliverables created for you, except third-party tools, open-source libraries, and our internal frameworks or starter patterns, which remain licensed as applicable.
Payment terms are stated on the invoice or proposal (commonly a deposit to start and balance before launch). Work may pause if payments are overdue.
To the extent permitted by law, WebFloat is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for downtime, ranking changes, or third-party service failures outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for a project is limited to fees paid for that project.
