WebFloat (“WebFloat”, “we”) operates https://webfloat.in. We are based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. Contact: hello@webfloat.in.
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, selected package/service, and message you submit. We may also receive technical data such as IP address and browser type from our form provider or host for spam protection and security.
We use enquiry details solely to respond to your request, prepare a quote or scope, and follow up about a potential project. We do not sell your personal data.
Form submissions are delivered via our configured form endpoint (by default FormSubmit or another provider set in our environment). That provider processes the message to email it to us. Their privacy practices apply to transit and temporary storage.
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to manage the conversation and our business records, then delete or archive them according to normal email hygiene.
